Should you wish to close your InfinitiPay account/profile, please follow the below process:

1. Write an email to [email protected] with details about your request
2. An InfinitiPay agent will reach out to you within 48Hrs
3. The InfinitiPay agent will conduct due diligence to confirm that you are the owner of the InfinitiPay account/profile in question
4. Once done, your request will be logged, and the account closure process initiated – Please note that this process will take up to 5 working days.
